Carmelina brings over 15 years of experience in NERC/FERC compliance, transmission planning, and renewable interconnections across ERCOT, SPP, and MISO. Carmelina previously served at WECC as a Compliance Auditor and Registration & Certification Engineer, where she developed deep regulatory insight and hands-on experience supporting reliability oversight and compliance enforcement.


Carmelina is a diplomatic, results-driven leader with a proven track record of achieving 100% audit readiness, reducing risk exposure, and delivering meaningful cost savings through process improvement and stakeholder alignment. Her background spans leadership roles in compliance, auditing, transmission planning, and regulatory engagement, including deep expertise in NERC standards, inverter-based resources, and interconnection processes.


Based in Texas, Carmelina is passionate about building strong partnerships, streamlining complex compliance programs, and helping clients navigate evolving regulatory requirements with confidence.
