Caroline Blanchard brings a strong background in research, compliance operations, and community engagement to GridSME’s Compliance team. Her past experiences span digital archiving, geographic information systems, data management, and process optimization, supporting large-scale compliance projects and policy-driven initiatives.


She has managed complex databases, coordinated cross-functional projects, and applied innovative approaches to improve transparency and efficiency. Caroline also has a passion for fairness and inclusion, which she brings to her work in compliance and organizational systems. Caroline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Ecology from The Johnston Center for Integrative Studies at the University of Redlands. At GridSME, she looks forward to applying her skills to strengthen compliance programs, support clients in achieving their goals, and continue learning and growing in the field.
