Daniel brings an entrepreneurial spirit, technical expertise, and an enthusiasm for our people and culture. He also brings extensive experience from the residential solar business, where he co-founded and was the COO for Gold Rush Energy Solutions from 2016-2025.


Daniel will work alongside our SMEs and Technology team to identify opportunities, design practical solutions, and build and implement tools that make our teams more effective and efficient. His work will span software development, workflow automation, systems integration, and AI-enabled solutions.
