People Operations Generalist

Esther brings hands-on experience supporting the day-to-day operations that will help keep People Operations running smoothly. Most recently, she served as an HR Coordinator with National Psychiatric Care & Rehabilitation Services, where she supported a workforce of more than 200 employees across onboarding, payroll administration, employee records management, and employee support.

In her role, Esther helped guide new hires through the onboarding process, coordinated pre-employment requirements, and maintained employee records while ensuring accuracy and compliance. She also served as a key point of contact for employees with questions related to benefits, payroll, and HR policies, helping resolve issues with professionalism and care.

Esther brings a thoughtful, service-oriented approach to People Operations and experience working with systems including ADP Workforce Now and Ease. Her attention to detail and commitment to supporting employees will be a great addition to our growing team.
