Jennifer brings more than 20 years of experience in compliance, risk management, regulatory oversight, and team leadership. Throughout her career, she has successfully led compliance programs, supported regulatory audits, managed cross-functional initiatives, and helped organizations navigate complex regulatory requirements. Most recently, Jennifer served as Senior Manager of CIP & Federal Regulatory Compliance at LG&E and KU, where she played a key role in ensuring compliance with federal cybersecurity and regulatory standards.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Louisville and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). She is known for her collaborative leadership style, passion for continuous improvement, and dedication to building strong relationships across teams.
