Jeremy brings over 20 years of professional IT experience in systems engineering, cloud architecture, IT operations, help desk support, and vendor management. He has a proven track record supporting enterprises of all sizes - from the very big to very small. He is skilled at leading technical teams through complex migrations and critical events. Most recently, Jeremy served as a Solutions Engineer at Insight, which acquired SADA systems, which he joined in Jan-22. Prior to Insight and SADA, Jeremy held roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Limeade, USAA, and Rackspace Hosting. At these companies, he managed large-scale infrastructure projects, led technical discovery and architecture design, and provided strategic guidance to clients on cloud adoption, cost optimization, and operational excellence. 


Jeremy’s technical expertise spans Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, SharePoint, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Intune, and more. He is certified as a Google Professional Cloud Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, and holds a Microsoft Azure Fundamentals cert.
