Rushi Patel brings expertise in electrical engineering, project management, and quality assurance to GridSME’s Compliance team. His professional background spans roles in quality engineering, project support, and compliance oversight, where he gained experience ensuring adherence to ISO procedures, managing regulatory standards, and installing and maintaining electrical and electronic systems.

Rushi is proficient in MATLAB, PSCAD, and Multisim, and has worked extensively on system testing, control systems, and technical reporting.

His diverse background also includes service as a Combat Engineer in the Canadian Armed Forces, further strengthening his problem-solving and leadership skills. Rushi holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manitoba and is based in Kitchner, Ontario. At GridSME, he supports clients by combining technical expertise with a collaborative, detail-driven approach.
