Torri Pugh is GridSME’s CORRE Support Specialist, where she provides cross-functional support to both the Business Development and People Operations teams. With a strong background in proposals, marketing coordination, and internal systems, Torri brings a thoughtful and people-focused approach to every aspect of her work. She supports a variety of business functions including recruiting coordination, onboarding, internal communications, event planning, IT ticket liaison, and employee engagement initiatives. Torri also continues to lead key Business Development activities such as SharePoint organization, social media updates, website maintenance, webinar coordination, and certificate of insurance tracking.
