Torri Pugh is GridSME’s CORRE Support Specialist, where she provides cross-functional support to both the Business Development and People Operations teams. With a strong background in proposals, marketing coordination, and internal systems, Torri brings a thoughtful and people-focused approach to every aspect of her work. She supports a variety of business functions including recruiting coordination, onboarding, internal communications, event planning, IT ticket liaison, and employee engagement initiatives. Torri also continues to lead key Business Development activities such as SharePoint organization, social media updates, website maintenance, webinar coordination, and certificate of insurance tracking.



Known for her creativity, collaboration, and positive energy, Torri is passionate about strengthening Grid’s internal culture and helping teams stay connected and aligned. Her deep understanding of tools like Adobe Workspace, Monday.com, Duda, LinkedIn, HubSpot, and MailChimp enables her to streamline processes and enhance GridSME’s operational efficiency. Torri’s adaptability and team-first mindset make her an invaluable asset as we continue to grow and evolve as an organization.
