We’re excited to introduce Gideon Leiato as the newest member of our Grid Integration team at GridSME. As a Senior Meter Inspector, Gideon brings a wealth of hands-on expertise that strengthens our commitment to accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service.

With a career starting in 2014, Gideon has developed deep experience in metering, CAISO inspections, and field service operations. Over the years, he has commissioned and tested hundreds of energy sites, ensuring everything runs smoothly from initial setup to final inspection. Known for his sharp technical skills and safety-first approach, Gideon thrives when troubleshooting complex systems, reviewing site plans, and leading projects to successful completion.

Gideon also served in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Signal Support Specialist, adding leadership and discipline to his professional toolkit. As a CAISO Authorized Inspector, he plays a critical role in helping clients navigate regulatory requirements with confidence and precision. Currently, Gideon is expanding his expertise in Meter Engineering and the NRI process, continually raising the bar in service quality.

What truly sets Gideon apart is his relentless drive to solve problems with integrity and a positive attitude. He approaches every challenge by asking the right questions, digging deep for solutions, and doing it all with kindness and humility.
