Ana brings nearly a decade of power industry experience prior to GridSME. She comes from a long stint at Alliant Energy, a midwestern publicly owned utility, where she supported both their NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) program and their IT controls. Ana developed and implemented multiple CIP standards while she was there as well as guided the organization through four successful CIP audits.

At GridSME, Ana serves as a Compliance Program Manager where she supports the development, implementation, and ongoing management of our clients’ NERC Compliance programs. Ana’s CIP experience is a tremendous asset for our clients as they transition towards CIP Medium Impact facilities and control centers!
