GridSME is excited to announce that Nick Barse has joined our Reliability & Compliance team as a Compliance Program Manager.

Nick brings nearly a decade of power industry experience prior to GridSME. He has extensive experience in operations particularly with renewable generation and has experience managing NERC programs, developing policies and procedures, and working closely with industry SME's. Most recently, he worked at EDF Renewables as the Senior Manager for their Medium-Impact Control Center.

At GridSME, Nick supports the development, implementation, and ongoing management of our clients’ NERC Compliance programs.
